With research, comes SKILL.

If you're serious about entrepreneurship, here's the first stop, to legally start and found your company.

Something to consider:

When you start a company, there are tax fees involved. So you will want to decide ahead of time whether this kind of information is specifically for you or not. (That's my disclaimer for this blog post)

If you're not already legally established as a company, then you will want to write out your business plan (FIRST) directed to yourself, if you have no employees.

Your business plan will help you plan for the future so you don't become a legit company without any idea HOW you will handle your business taxes.

Side note:

My next blog post will consist of ideas on HOW to write your business plan IF you find this information of value. You can sign up for my mailing list and request what you're looking for, via email. Head to the home page, and at the bottom, you can find the "join my mailing list" box, and fill out the information.

If you need a coach, this is how I can help you. NOW,

Let's say you just finished your business plan.

What's next?

You can come back to THIS post and proceed again if this is the right WAY for you.

Your business plan will narrow down your objectives and help you decide if an LLC is right for you, or the corporate route is your lane of focus. There are other business formations to be thought of as well, BUT I'm giving you what I have done, is formed an LLC.

Here is a reliable link to form your business: https://www.sos.ca.gov/business-programs/business-entities/starting-business/

PLEASE!!!!!!!

Read what information is there for you, there's so much valuable information on that link!

Don't just think, "alright, I know what to do." I'm just going to sign up, and I'm good".

NO! (With high power comes GREAT responsibility). Understand what your walking into (it's a longevity mindset). You want to build a sustainable business that lives on forever.

If and when you decide which route is best, then you can head over to get your EIN and do a little bit more research, so you know WHAT exactly it is.

That said, I'm excited to hear what kind of success you find after becoming legit and certified. It's one hell of a great feeling to know your taking entrepreneurship to another level, and I hope you come back for more.

Leave a comment, tell me if you found this helpful I appreciate it and stay blessed. #stopthespread
